My preparation started as usual: a few days after the competition last year, I continued training. Of course the first two months were just an exercise with smaller loads to the body especially the joints and sufficient rest. My stop in these workouts is mainly focused on technique and careful practice the entire body. That’s when training with the maximum load is at my side, this is specifically to build strength and muscle so the main goal is for me to get the maximum weight with which I can make a series of exercises in the last 3 reps. This model of training suits me well for many years and I changed it even now. The most important exercises to ensure the increase in strength throughout the body are basic exercises with me and that is the squat, deadlift, bench press and back strokes on trapezes. Preferred to promote exercise with free weight exercises pred on machines that only be complementary. As for the nutritional supplements and here I also have only minimal changes, whereas products that I use for many years proved to me and I do not need as large amounts of products that are to seek new markets. Most of the supplements I have made by Scitec Nutrition. It’s all about creatine, glutamine, whey protein. The base board is and always will be in its natural form for me, it’s veal, rice, fruits and vegetables, supplemented with white yogurt and hard cheese.
The diet is of course a different mode, it remains only meat, rice, bananas and vegetables. Child begins their current weight, since I know that my body can lose 1 kg per week. After finally finding that competition is a professional bodybuilder for women in Europe, I hesitated and decided to go there. And finally, my plans for the future
Practicing, practicing, practicing, even though they are likely to be women’s professional bodybuilding history by next year and replace it with “Physique division” has the meaning for me as I was bodybuilding I rename and why we will always report to bodybuilding, which it began and has its long tradition.
