The 2010 European Juniors and Masters Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships took place in Ukraine with an amazing turnout. The competition hosted 19 divisions with competitors from 10 countries. The women who arguably made the biggest impact were Linana Pall (pictured below) and Tetyana Mikheychyk (pictured above).

Liana Pall, 20-years-old, took home the crown as the European junior women’s bodybuilding champion. It was a repeat from 2009, but this time she was a completely different athlete: matured, with shaped, bigger and harder muscles.

Tetyana Mikheychyk, 37-years-old, is a well-known Ukrainian champion. She has a long history in bodybuilding mixed pairs (current European champion). Last year she placed third in the masters bodyfitness Championships in Baia Mare, Romania.
