Moammar Khadafy might be a crazed, socialist dictator, but he sure knows how to pick a security staff. Armed with guns, the 40-50 member female posse known as the Amazon Guard serves as General Khadafy’s personal bodyguards.
And these bad girls aren’t just for show. They’re as tough as they look. From the NY Daily News:
“The bodyguards …formed a menacing circle around Khadafy in Rome last June after 900 Italian women unleashed a chorus of boos in response to his admonition not to drive without their husbands’ permission.”
