She ran track and played volleyball and softball in high school and continues to play softball at Arizona State University as a right fielder. Felicia has been a law student but she always wanted to do something that had to do with the fitness field. She belongs to Arizona, the United States and is twenty eight years old. She trains on a regular basis for shoulders, triceps, chest, cardio, back, hamstrings, and quads. Felicia Romero trains her abs four days in a week and calves three days in a week. She never works out specifically for biceps in order to prevent overdevelopment.

Felicia always wore pants at the gym because she lacked the confidence to expose her legs. She faced a lot of failure and so she started looking out for things which made face the failure. After that she worked really hard and started analyzing the photographs of the other contestants. She started with basic things such as: using heavier weights, slowing down the rep speed and trying to feel the muscles instead of moving weights from one point to another. She trained for her legs for two days a week, hamstring one day and quads another day so that she could give individual attention to each leg.
