Lesley Maxwell has again proven that age is not the factor when acheiving opetmum fitness. This 53-year-old just won her class in the International Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation Pro-Am. A feat dreamed of by many and acheived by few. Lesley comented “It’s always fun beating the 20-year-olds,” which finds even more substance when you know she has three children, all in their 20’s. She further noted, “It’s not about looking good for your age, it’s just about looking good.”
