Bringing you hard to find information one of the best bodybuilders in the game is great but Female Muscle wanted to bring you the package that made Tonie one of our all time favorite bodybuilders. Female Muscle: What is your view on Health?
Tonie: I think each individual is different. Whatever works on an individual’s body is something they should stick with. The world does not have to have the “model” thin look, but as long as a person is healthly, happy, hitting life with everything they have, they will be fine.
Female Muscle: What is your view on bodybuilding?
Tonie: Staying healthy, to me, is staying healthy by any means and doing everything not to compromise that. When it is all said and done, the older the person gets, what they did when they were trying to get ‘big’ may end up costing them their life. I let people know I’m clean and even though I’m not the largest competitor on the stage, you will feel my presence, because I am an unusual looking competitor. I am a bodybuilder who has a bodybuilder’s muscle with a fitness looking face.
