While she may look like another pretty face on the street, Lisa Cheng, 22, can handle herself in any arena. She has been dubbed Hong Kong Spider Girl and for good reason. There is nothing this women doesn’t do, and do well. For the first time, in English, Action Queens gives us an insight into this eclectic “Spider Girl.”
For the past four years, she has defended the title of Miss Body Fitness at the Hong Kong Bodybuilding Championships, but her resume only begins there. Before a devastating knee injury, she won the 2006 World Speed Climbing Competition at the World Cup, and for the past six years she has dominated first place at the Hong Kong Women’s Speed Climbing Competition.? Climbing is what she considers her best strength and? thus has given her a well earned nick name: Spider Girl.
Lisa is also a stunt woman, personal trainer, model, actress, TV personality and is studying MMA and boxing, as well as continuing weight training and gymnastics.
