I would like to take this opportunity to introduce to everyone new Norwegian fitness professional, Monica Hoyer. Monica? is as beautiful as a person as she is on the outside. She is as kind and sweet a person as any one would want to meet. ? Briefly, Monica was born March 29, 1976. She is 5’3-1/2″ tall and her off-season weight is between about 132lbs and 143lbs. Her competition weight is between 121lbs and 125lbs. ? She is two time Norwegian National champion, 1st place 2006 European Women’s Body Fitness Champion in her weight class and 1st place overall She also placed 3rd in the World Amateur Women’s Body Fitness Championships.
