The Mighty Kat is a personal trainer and natural bodybuilder, meaning she takes no steroids or pro-hormones such as andros. She has competed with the INBF, OCB and NPC, ranking top three placings between them.

She started lifting and running in 1990 and became immediately addicted. She put down the cigarettes and has lifted consistently ever since. A hardgainer, years of intense and intelligent training have put sleek, mature muscle on her long frame. Kat is one of those conspicuous lifters on the gym floor, pushing hard, lifting heavy and making weird noises. After studying under some excellent personal trainers, she became a popular certified trainer at first a Gold’s Gym, then Bally Total Fitness, where she was quickly promoted to management.
Kat continues to research and integrate methods from other fitness areas, and to innovate original techniques and exercises for herself and her loyal clients. She consults frequently with other excellent personal trainers and physical therapists to bridge the best of all worlds. Biomechanics, stability, strength and power are all important keys in her unconventional approach. The result is a lifestyle geared toward overall health, well-being, safety, lasting results and peace of mind.
