Holding many titles that include: NE Florida champion, Southern USA champion, First Coast champion, Florida State champion, Overall JR USA champion, top 5 national competitor 1998-2002. Also, Kathy is a past powerlifting champion and state bench press title holder achieving “master lifter” status, a traveling body entrepreneur, kathy travels the world to meet her fans, produce videos, be photographed and promoted by many different agencies.
As a bodybuilding event promoter, competitor and state judge kathy enjoys all aspects of the fitness industry.
