So True! I also think the industry is selling big bulky muscles too hard! @ (WWW.JohnFit.com) we teach the beach body look & always stay Lean and cut.. Adding muscle is good, but getting bulky is not! Great post.. I love this blog & support what you’re saying.. I’ll be back soon.. right now I gotta run.. Ready to sweat!
