Viviana Soldano was born and grew up in Genoa, Italy and later moved to the USA where she currently works as a trainer/nutritionist and model in Southern California. Now a competitive NPC figure athlete, prior to taking up weight training Viviana says she was very small and thin. She has been working out for the last 15 years and her favorite thing is doing cardio (that’s why her nickname is “cardio freak”). Viviana loves to run and perform many different outdoors activities such as horseback riding, swimming, running on the beach.
