Sheila started in Judo, graduating with a black belt at 16 years and winning the Paulista and Brazilian bonds, among others.? In 1999 he began to train jiu-jitsu and achieved her black belt in 2006. ? Earlier, in 2004, turned to pro wrestling (Greco Roman Wrestling). ? Less than 1 year of training she was already selected for the Brazilian team and in the midst of several athletes won, and was chosen for the World (2001) Sephia in the city – Bulgaria. ? Continuing to practice and compete, she was twice champion in Brazil: 2003 and 2004; twice champion in Sao Paulo: 2003 and 2004; Olympic champion Brazil Circuit: 2002.
