Please forgive me for posting about one of the Spice Girls, but it was very warranted. British singer Mel B aka Melanie Brown aka “Scary Spice” is displaying a pretty impressive overall physique for a celeb…especially her abs.
The 34 year old mother started training to get in shape for her appearance on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and she definitely seems to have taken it seriously:
