How many years?? Has been working out since 2001, but began seriously in 2003
Merits: Unplaced in the Better Bodies fitness model year 2005.? Fitness Festival 2006 in Lucia trophy placing fifth, ? MTGP 2008 placing 9th

How long I deff ready for competition? 3-4 months should be sufficient.? Cutting only 3 months to MTGP was good.
How do I train for competition: five days in the gym per week morning walk 5-7 times a week for 1-1 ½ hours.? Cardio 30-45 min after aerobics routine 3-5 times a week.? Run hard in the gym at the beginning of deff and trying to hold on as long as it feels good o you have extra energy.? In the end it becomes a bit easier to do more reps.
