And do it she did, becoming the 2004 Indiana Strongest Woman. Later that year, she solidified her claim to that title even further in setting the Indiana State bench press record of 215 lbs. Now that was 2004, I’m definitely curious how much Heather can bench after 7 additional years of hardcore training. At 5’11, Heather is one of the biggest competitors in bodybuilding today. She packs on the muscle, weighing in around 180 lbs on stage and pushing 220 lbs in the offseason. For her height, Heather has thick muscle bellies and sports some very impressive measurements that include almost 17 inch biceps flexed and cold, 17+ inch calves, and quads over 26 inches cold. From the pictures we found of Heather, she apparently loves having big arms and showing them off. But trust me, Heather is a complete muscular package and no matter what body part, legs, back, shoulders, chest and of course her arms, Heather will leave you wanting more. When you’re built like Heather, it’s no wonder she’s having the MOST fun! Post navigation Jodi Leigh Miller: Female Bodybuilding Icon Lori Ann Redding: Amazing Abs
