Kelly Blair, a trainer and former gym owner claims the book “American Icon: The Fall of Roger Clemens and the Rise of Steroids in America’s Pasttime” defames him. Blair says the charges made that he was “pushing” steroids and using his gym as a cover are false and he has filed a lawsuit seeking punitive damages for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The lawsuit also brings up one of the most notorious bodybuilders of recent years: Craig Titus

“Defendants additionally state Blair was associated with former IFBB bodybuilder Craig Titus, a confessed murderer and convicted ecstasy dealer, who defendants claim moved steroids through Blair’s gym,” according to the complaint in Harris County Court.
