I spent so long letting myself become consumed by numbers to the point of becoming depressed over what the scale told me that I was. I am the same weight in both pictures. On the left, I was becoming obsessed with the scale and this was just weeks before I started dropping 20 more pounds rapidly from falling into my eating disorder & hit the lowest of lows with depression as well. Weight training and bodybuilding has saved my life and I will forever be grateful.
