There has been an arrest made in the murder case of the older sister of top bodybuilder Victor Martinez. Police had found the body of Eridania Rodriguez in an air-conditioning duct last week in NY.
Police had been waiting for the results of DNA tests from tissue found under the fingernails of Eridania, and once they got the DNA results last night, they arrested Joseph Pabon, whom they’d been tailing since last week.
25 year old Pabon, an elevator operator in the same building as Eridania had worked, had scratches on his neck, hands and arms, as well as other bruises associated with a struggle according to reports.
“Yesterday I was a little down,” said Martinez, “But once I got the news it shined a whole new light. I heard he was in court today crying,” Victor Martinez also said. “He’s so tough to kill a nice innocent woman, but he’s crying in court. He’s not so tough.“
