Amy is 32 and lives in Overland Park, KS, she had four children ages 6,5,4 and 18 months. She just recently placed first overall in the Gold’s Classic in Kansas City, KS and NANBF event. Until 4 years ago, she had never touched a weight and was a size 14 before having any children. Now after 4 kids she is a size 2 and a serious competitor. Amy has gotten inspiration from our site and the stories of some of the homegrown women and would like to share her success with others in hopes she can make a difference to someone.
