Stacey has competed in just about every division; fitness, figure, powerlifting and now competes in bodybuilding in the lightweight division. Like many others, Stacey crossed over to bodybuilding after being told by judges she was too hard for figure. She started training almost 30 years ago at age 15.

The 5ft 1″ grandmother (yes, she’s a grandmother!) competes at around 105lbs.

24″ is a massive, massive measurement for calves as even most of the largest female bodybuilders out claim calves of 17-18″.

I assume most readers of this blog have an appreciation for female muscle, but it is always interesting to look at what the ‘general public’ has to say…

The first comment from another youtuber is pretty typical, same stuff I have been hearing for years:

hell no i would definately not go out with a girl that muscular, i want to be the “hulk” in the relationship

This comment I think sums it up well:

anyone who says no because the woman are to tough or intimidating are just insecure about there own masculinity.

Not every person who won’t date a muscular woman is insecure – of course we all have personal tastes – but in my opinion many men who have severe aversions to muscular women (even a beginner figure girl physique) do have insecurity issues.

Christine has made over a dozen movie and television appearances, appeared nude in Playboy magazine and videos, as well as numerous fitness magazines. The term ‘brains and beauty’ comes to mind as Christine has a Medical Degree from Yale.

Rachel was the first ever Ms Olympia, and looking at her physique you can see a momentous difference from the female bodybuilders of today. Is this good or bad? Depends who you ask, many say that female bodybuilding has progressing for the better with increased muscularity and conditioning – but it seems more say the “progress” harmed female bodybuilding.

Renee Toney is one the largest female bodybuilders in history. At a competition weight of over 200lbs [yes I typed that correctly] she boasts arm measurements of just over 20 inches.

For anyone who isn’t a hardcore bodybuilding aficionado, claims of 20 inch arms are regularly disbelieved from male bodybuilders.

Don’t believe me? Hop onto a bodybuilding forum and post you have 20″ guns and wait for the onslaught of “STFU/LOL/WTF/Liar/Bullshit etc“. Despite outlandish claims made by many, 20″ arms are pretty hard to obtain and very rare…for males.

That measurement is generally thought to be not even feasible for females [discounting the obese of course].

Well Renee had her arms measured proving her claims of 20 inchers, and with the wonders of modern technology shared it with the world. Watch below…

If anyone cares, my arms are 10.5″, however in my defence my quads are 20″ so please take that into consideration.
