From Toronto, Canada fitness model Lyzabeth is of Venezuelan and Israeli descent. She’s 5’5″ and weighs around 115 lbs with 36-24-36 measurements. She says she began training in the gym with weights at the age of 12 after reading muscle magazines and wanting to look like Rachel McLish.

Abbye “Pudge” Stockton (1917 – 2006) was a professional strongwoman and forerunner of present day female bodybuilders. She competed in powerlifting in the 40′s, and it was estimated that she was featured on the cover of over forty magazines by the end of the 1940s and posed with many of the top male bodybuilders of the time such as John Grimek and Steve Reeves.
