Two weeks out from her show, Heather Payne stopped by the Shemuscle gym to do a photo shoot. Off season she weighs in at about 145 lbs, and plans to compete at about 120 lbs. Her off season measurements are 40-29-35.

The term biceps brachii is a Latin phrase meaning “two-headed [muscle] of the arm”, in reference to the fact that the muscle consists of two bundles of muscle, each with its own origin, sharing a common insertion point near the elbow joint. The proper plural form of the Latin adjective biceps is bicipites, a form not in general English use.
