Orange juice is a popular breakfast beverage made from the extraction (squeezing) of liquid from fresh oranges. The term “orange juice” is also used, both colloquially and commercially, to refer to “concentrated orange juice”. Fresh orange juice is a source of vitamin C (ascorbic acid), potassium, folic acid (Vitamin B9). Citrus juices also contain flavonoids that are believed to have beneficial health effects.

“Jade Fernandes Barbosa (born on July 1, 1991 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) is a Brazilian gymnast. Jade won the gold medal in the Junior Championships (Denmark) in the All-Around, Floor, Balance Beam and Vault. In 2006 Jade won the All Around in the Junior National Championships , and in 2007 she was the Senior All Around Champion, defeating 2006′s champion Daniele Hypolito.
Her first medal in a World Cup event came in 2007, the first year she was eligible to compete as a senior gymnast. It was in Germany, when she won a silver on the Vault. In 2007 Jade participated in the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, winning a gold medal on the Vault, a silver in the Team Competition and a bronze in the Floor final.
