Betty Viana-Adkins has insane quads. And I mean insane! This video of the 2009 Ms. Olympia hopeful features nearly 6 minutes of posing. And while there is no doubt that Betty has a stunning, and complete package, I can’t take my eyes off her quads and calves.

But you’ll have to wait patiently. Betty Viana-Adkins doesn’t start flashing her wheels until the 3:41 mark.
