The 1st Ms Olympia contest, such memories! The contestants were held to what we would now consider ‘fitness’ standards. From a pure competitive basis, Lynn Conkright was the clear winner, but they needed a standard bearer, so the fiery, sultry temptress Rachel McLish was chosen. Her movie highpoint was in Iron Eagle III. It’s a pity that that wasn’t a bigger hit, because it would’ve brought woman’s bodybuilding to Hollywood to stay.
