It’s been awhile since I’ve done an update on Canadian, Julie Bourassa. Julie was making waves in the Canadian bodybuilding scene, when I wrote about her back in 2009. 2 years later, major growth and development to her physique, and Julie is rewriting the definition of mass. Not only is she still making waves on the Canadian bodybuilding circuit, but she’s begun to invade the US, with a recent appearance on stage at the 2011 North American.
Julie has IFBB Pro written all over her, and it’s just a matter of time before she earns that elusive card. Packing 160 to 165 lbs of contest ready muscle on her 5′ 5″ frame, Julie has a level of thickness and muscle maturity that only a handful of women are ever blessed with. Even off-season, Julie maintains her conditioning and typically runs in the 180 lb range.
I came across this video, that I just had to share of an off-season Julie in the gym. You’re going to love the vascularity and muscle fullness that she carries in the off-season. It will definitely give you a true appreciation for the strict training and diet that Julie maintains year round.
So check out the video and be sure to visit Julie’s site and show her some love: http://juliebourassa.com
