Jessica Alba has admitted she “cried” while trying to work out following her daughter’s birth last year. Jessica, 28, gave birth to daughter Honor in June last year and she admitted she hated her work-out and it ended with her in tears.
Talking about how easy it was to get back into shape following Honor’s birth, she said: “No, it was really difficult getting back in shape. My workout was so horrible, I cried.”
