The Laker Girls are more than just skilled dancers and icons, they’re also incredibly fit. We asked each Laker Girl what her secret is to staying fit.
Take us through your typical workout. Do you use weights, cardio, flexibility exercises? If so, please describe.
It is great to change your workout from time to time–although mine stays pretty consistent. I start out doing a very thorough stretch, then start my run. After running and getting my heart rate up, I do my ab workout. This is my favorite part because I can really feel it working.

I may get canned for posting a Lakers-related article on this heavily NYC-Brooklyn-based blog, but I think this is pretty relevant material. They interviewed all of the Laker girls about their fitness routines, and posted a roundup with pictures. I’m not sure how they could have made this any more re-bloggable.

I think these girls have a fairly universal appeal anyway. Right on; down with coastal partisanship.
