An oldie but goody – a “glute aerobic” workout.
Personally I think tossing some iron on your shoulders and doing some serious squatting would be way more effective..
I have seen this interesting video before,it’s from the great bellydancer Suhaila Salimpour.
Ah, yes, dancers’ muscles… Maybe not a lot of bulk, but incredibly strong. These ladies go through arduous workouts to get this sort of muscular control, which I don’t think is possible doing squats. …And lovely glutes they are!
