– Kneel over side of a bench with one arm and leg to side.
– Grasp dumbbell
– Contracting your scapula, pull dumbbell up contracting your back as you pull
– Return until arm is extended and shoulder is stretched forward.
– Repeat for desired reps.
– Repeat the exercise on the other arm.
