Dina Al-Sabah is an IFBB figure pro who was born in Beirut, Lebanon, and is of Kuwaiti, Syrian, and Turkish descent. Listed as being from Kuwait when she takes the IFBB pro stage, Dina has the distinction of being the first female Arab athlete to achieve pro status, as well as the only female Arab athlete to ever stand on the Olympia stage as of 2008.

As in the traditional Middle Eastern regions, females are not allowed to compete so Dina was unable to gain pro status through Kuwait, and was granted a pro card by the IFBB federation.

In 2007 she was joined in the pro ranks by Mercedes Khani, who is from the Netherlands but of Persian [Iranian] descent.
