Julie trains at Gold’s Gym in Merriam, Kansas. In 2005, at the age of 39, she was Overall Figure Champion 2005 Novice Michigan.
Her blog features a Rachel McLeish routine video and a Linda Hamilton scene from Terminator 2.
From her latest blog entry: “I’m back, training and dieting for the May 24th Muscle Mayhem. Chad Nicholls is the promoter, Ronnie’s trainer. He puts on a hell of a show. First place is a custom coat of arms. This will be the second annual.
I’m also doing my final test-judge for the NPC a couple of weeks later at the KC Natural. I’ll be judging at the Kansas State Show.”

Hi Julie, I just wanted to say that I’m a fan. I saw you become the overall figure champion 2005 Novice Michigan. I was rooting for you. I am also a fan of Rachel McLeish and Linda Hamilton just like you. I think it’s neat that we are about the same age. I’ll be 45 next month.
