Anita Hess is a 28 year old bodybuilder from Frankfurt, Germany. At 5′7″ and 155 lbs, Anita is one of the top natural bodybuilders in Europe. She placed 3rd in the 2003 Ms Universe and has won the German Championship as well.
She started out as a diver and a swimmer, but was most successful as a handball player which is a big sport in Germany.
After an inury ended her ability to be competitive at the highest levels of handball, she decided to try bodybuilding in 1999 and was immediately successful winning her first championship in 2001 at the Miss Hessen contest.
