EGG HATERS LISTEN UP:
Take how many eggs are on your current diet plan.
Example , 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites — whip in a blender or beat to create volume and air
+ 1 packet of Stevia
+ spinach or other veggie ( brocolli, asparagus )
+ salt and pepper
Just pour into a bake pan ( I use those flexible silicone type pans )
Bake in the oven for 15-20 min at 400 degrees. It puffs up like a pastry…. it looks like a ton of food.
