Let us focus on the most amazing woman in the female bodybuilding  world right now, Iris Kyle. I met Iris a few years back when she won her first big show. One look at her and I knew she was a the one, the champ, the star, the only.

She has the most amazingly symmetrical physique that I have ever seen, a worthy rival to Lenda Murray. Iris is totally focused backstage while pumping up. She smiles and flexes, curls massive dumbells and does pushups before going on stage to do her routine. Amazingly, she always has time to stop say hello, flash her lovely smile, pose for the camera, and let me take as many photos and video of her as I would like. Never in a rush, she is just a relaxed and super confident person.

Defending champion 42 year old Yaxeni Oriquen Garcia is always a contender in every show she enters and is the 2005 Olympia Champion. Yaxeni has also won the Arnold Ms. International titles four times: 2002, 2003, 2005, and 2008. At a height of 5 ft 7 in, her contest weight is typically around 160 lb. Ali Sonoma of San Diego, California is the overall winner of the Arnold Amateur NPC Bikini Championship competition going on as a part of the Arnold Sports Festival 2009. There were 31 athletes competing in this the inaugural year of the event.

In the Bikini Tall Class, Ali Sonoma took 1st place and won a Tony Nowak jacket and a one year subscription to Posedown Magazine.

In fine form last night as always, here is Jen’s 2009 winning Arnold routine.

Iris Kyle, as expected, dominated the bodybuilding lineup leaving no doubt from the beginning of prejudging she would claim her fourth Arnold title. Jen Hendershott collected her second Arnold title and $25,000 prize money, an anticipated win with Kim Klein retired and Adela Garcia out with an injury. Providing a slight surprise, Zivile Raudoniene won her first major title through besting defending champ Gina Aliotti for the Figure title.

I appear to be in good company predicting Victor to win, as Flexonline shows numerous others do as well including Dexter Jackson, Ronnie Coleman, Bob Chick, Rich Gaspari, Jay Cutler and Phil Heath.

Gia won the 2009 Arnold Amateur Bikini Short Class, a decision which has been met with some level of disagreement by many.

And an edit for the commentators!

Here is a photo of another entrant in the bikini class, if you look to the right of her the winner is behind. Physique sports are always subjective, but in my opinion [and others from what I hear] the physique displayed by this entrant seems more ideal. She has a great fit look, and obviously has put many gym hours in.
