The 2010 OCB Pride of the Atlantic took place May 15th in Richmond, VA. The show was promoted by Matt Shepley and Yvette White. Shelia Wellington walked away with the women’s bodybuilding win and qualified as the newest IFPA pro. She has an amazing faith and work ethic.
