Marcia Feijo Since childhood , my life has always been closely linked to physical activity, participating in every sport in school. I was a dancer when I started attending the academy, first with my mother and then alone. I was never able to stand still but then 2 years ago I entered the world of fitness. It was after a serious family trouble I’ve able to lift weights and escape a suffering that seemed endless. That moment was just me and myself. And so my hobby became my passion, my life! I am a mother, a teacher of Physical Education, trainer and IFBB Figure Athlete! Fitness is my life, this is my world!

Competitive History: Vice champion Rio 2012, Rio 2013 Champion, Top 6 in the Brazilian championship in 2013.

Favorite Workout: My favorite workout is the workout dorsal. In my training always prioritize the execution of the movement, in addition to many series combined.

Favorite recipes: My favorite recipe is ISO-100 Protein Pancakes.

Ingredients: 3 egg whites, 1 scoop of ISO 100 chocolate, finely chopped 1 banana

Preparation: Mix all the ingredients, heat a frying pan with PAM and place the mixture. Wait until browned on one side, then the other and is ready in 5 minutes.

Current Workout Mix:
2nd Thursday – legs and calf complete 30 minutes of cardio + ABS
3rd Friday – Back and Biceps + ABS
4th Sunday – shoulder and triceps + 30 minutes cardio<
5th Sunday – gluteal and calf + 30 minutes of cardio + ABS
Friday 6th – dorsal and biceps + ABS
Saturday – shoulder and triceps + 30 minutes of cardio
Sunday – Rest

Competitions coming up: I am evaluating along with my coach the championships more feasible for the year 2014 . My ambition is to become PRO.
