Hayley McNeff is a 22-year-old bodybuilder from Amherst, Massachusetts. She is a college student who is as passionate about horses as she is about bodybuilding. Hayley just won the East Coast Classic/Maryland State and the Delaware, in her weight class and the overall and her headline on her pages read “Getting Hugerer.” We can not wait to see how far she goes!
