You should be, Jackie’s barely 5’1, but this powerhouse has packed on some serious muscle and boasts some impressive lifts. For the untrained or recreational trained man, you don’t stand a change with Jackie. She will smoke you lift, after lift, after lift. The thing is…. she LOVES doing it. But guys, I know that you secretly love it when women at the gym do this to you anyways.
Case in point; You’re at the mirror admiring yourself as you do dumbbell curls with 35’s. Your form is pretty crappy and you’re swinging the weight to get it up, using your entire body to do the exercise. Up comes Ms. Hard Body competitive female bodybuilder and her warm up set is the 40’s which she easily curls for 10 perfect reps. What’s the very next thing you do? Come on…. be honest, you ALL do this…..
You step around Ms. Hard Body, grab the 45’s and with all your might TRY to swing them up for a curl. You do 2 maybe 2 1/2 really crappy reps, set the weight down and walk away. Guess what guys, even though she’s not showing it, deep inside she is laughing her ass off.
